While many may think it’s a somewhat linear tale about Booker Dewitt’s heroic saving of Elizabeth, the reality is that so many cogs are turning to give it far more depth. Daisy Fitzroy’s Vox Populi play a huge role in the story, as do Comstock and the Founders, but none of it would have ever come to fruition without the Lutece twins, two unassuming and comedic figures that are more responsible for the story that unfolds than anyone else....

A GameStop located in a Pennsylvania mall has a sign up that encourages people to reserve their copy of the game. On the sign is the apparent cover of the upcoming game, featuring Titans running back Derrick Henry. In the early days of the Nintendo Switch, there was concern that the platform wouldn’t be able to handle some of the biggest games on the market. There are a few implications about what this multiplayer game could entail based upon the gameplay in Factions, but Naughty Dog would do right to abandon the traditional multiplayer trappings that could box it into a niche genre. Instead, gameplay and world-building should marry PvP with PvE in open zones to represent what the lives of these San Francisco inhabitants are like....

Naughty Dog took to its Twitter to share the stills seen below, with the first image giving fans a better idea of how Ellie will appear when in a standing position, as opposed to her sitting down to play the guitar in The Last of Us: Part 2’s first official trailer. The second picture depicts a more complete notion of what the tattoo on the arm of the game’s main character looks like, with the artwork showing a moth and two separate strands of foliage....

Speaking to PlayStation Blog about The Last of Us 2, Neil Druckmann was asked about the new Shambler enemy that appeared in recent gameplay footage. “In the first game, there is all this documentation about the different stages [of the infection],” Druckmann describes, before stating, “Now we have to justify why there are different stages.
