Throughout the game, players can find Firefly pendants scattered across the world. These dog tags serve to remind players about how far the once monolithic faction has fallen since their zenith, fighting the overwhelming military occupation in the quarantine zones. Now, with rebellion run riot and a diminished FEDRA presence, the ranks of the Fireflies have been decimated by years of attrition. As the only known person with immunity to the fungal virus that has ravaged the world, Ellie is perhaps the only one who can bring this desolate land back from the brink of destruction.

This guide will show players where to find the final Firefly pendant in The Last of Us Part 1’s penultimate chapter, The Firefly Lab. With this final collectible, players should be well on their way to attaining the “Look for the Light” gold trophy.
The Firefly Lab | The Hospital

After an opening cutscene with Marlene, players will make their way through the first floor of the hospital, taking out enemies along the way. At the very end of the first floor, an enemy will burst from an open door and open fire on the player; upon dealing with him, go through the door he came from and Joel will lock it behind him with a chair. The final pendant in The Last of Us Part 1 is only found after Joel heads up the stairs and reaches the second floor of the hospital. At the top of the stairs, head behind the front desk to find The Last of Us Part 1’s final shiv door; the pendant is found atop a desk inside.
