As a base of Firefly operations, The University features a fair few Firefly pendants for players to find, some better hidden than others. This guide will show players where to find all five Firefly pendants in the University chapter of The Last of Us Part 1 to assist in unlocking the “Look for the Light” trophy.

The University | Go Big Horns
Pendant 1 of 4 | Hope Pino
Riding Callus through the campus, Ellie and Joel will pass a “Welcome Back Bighorns!” banner on their left before coming to an intersection. With no way forward, the player’s only options are left and right; take the path right towards a blocked-off building and find the Hope Pino Firefly pendant in a tree on the right.
Pendant 2 of 4 | Alex Rohner
After cutting through some infected-infested buildings, Joel and Ellie will continue on horseback, making their way up a long flight of stairs. At the summit, before heading over the barbed wire barrier and into the main square, look to the right and climb into a building through a destroyed window; this pendant is found on a desk to the right.
Pendant 3 of 4 | Joe Warren
Eventually, Joel will have to head through a spore-filled dormitory with several Clickers and a Bloater. To grab this pendant, players will have to kill the Bloater and retrieve the item from its corpse.
Pendant 4 of 4 | Erik Griggs
After getting back outside and starting a generator, Joel and Ellie will reach the science building courtyard with a smattering of tents outside. In the far corner, this pendant can be found in a tent behind a white box truck.

Pendant 1 of 1 | Sadie Pearle Hickman
Heading through the science building, Joel will open a door and startle some monkeys. The Sadie Pearle Hickman Firefly pendant can be found on a shelf in the back right corner of this lab.
The Last of Us Part 1 is currently available for PS5 and is in development for PC.
